Small Group Training: (3-8 people)
This session integrates warm up, dynamic flexibility, balance, and core training for all class members. All sessions will include strength training emphasizing total body exercises as well as address the "Pillars of Human Movement" (level changes, pushing/pulling, rotation, and gait). Personal attention and exercise modification will be given to each class member.

Pre-surgery conditioning has been shown to greatly accelerate the recovery process. This session will focus on the muscle groups that surround your surgical procedure.
